Travel Guidelines

1. Magic Travel Shoes: Thanks to new and improved technology, HP-Travel has afforded each of us a brand new pair of Magic Travel Shoes. These shoes will provide ultra-efficient trekking ability by allowing us to journey a 40-mile distance for every 2,000 steps taken. Lace them on tight! You don’t want to be left behind…

2. Reporting Steps: Keep track of your step totals starting today, Monday, March 24. No need to form a team or register early on this trip. We’re all going together! However, we will need to make sure of attendance on two separate occasions. Reporting your steps both times will fulfill the Wellness Initiative and the lower co-pay.  Make sure to log your step total on the wellness website during the following periods:

·         Week #5 (4/28-5/4)

·        Week #8 (5/19-5/23)

Use the Travel Itinerary and Steps Conversion below to help you track your steps.

3.  Activity Events: Increase your step total while forming healthful activity habits by participating in the eight different weekly activity events. Your participation makes you eligible for a weekly $25 gift card certificate drawing (one winner per site).

4. Traveling Spouses: Invite your spouse to join us! Make sure they log their step total on the wellness website during week #5 and week #8 to fulfill the Wellness Initiative and the lower co-pay (spouses are not eligible for prize drawings).
