It’s time! The cold weather’s behind us, and Spring has sprung! Tune up your bike, throw on your jersey, strap on your helmet, and grab your water bottle. Hit the road and start riding!

Details

• The Tour consists of 21 stages. (7 weeks x 3 rides of at least 30 min. per week)
• Choose seven weeks within the program duration and ride the Tour de Saint Paul.
• This is a self-reporting program. You’re on your honor.
• Use the printable Stage-Card below to record your participation.
• Send your completed Stage-Card to District Wellness @ 360 Colborne (3rd floor) by Friday, September 5, to be entered in a drawing to win a $20 gift certificate for cycling accessories. (10 winners)
